Wondering where your Merryfrost order is?
You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
To track your order:
1. Find your shipping confirmation email from Merryfrost.
2. Copy your tracking number.
3. Enter your tracking number in the tracking box below.
4. Click “Track” to view the latest shipping updates.
Please allow 24–72 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier’s system to display updated tracking information.
YOUR TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING?
If your tracking number does not show any updates immediately, please do not worry.
It may take some time for the shipping carrier to scan and activate the tracking information after your package has been handed over.
We recommend waiting 24–72 hours and checking again.

Please include your order number and tracking number so we can assist you more quickly.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Your tracking number will normally be included in the shipping confirmation email sent after your order has been fulfilled.
Please check:
- Your email inbox
- Spam or junk folder
- Promotions folder
- The email address used when placing your order

MY ORDER SHOWS “DELIVERED,” BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot find it, please first:
- Check around your front door, porch, mailbox, garage, or other delivery areas
- Ask household members whether they received the package
- Check with neighbors where appropriate
- Contact your building reception, concierge, or mailroom
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details
In some cases, carriers may mark packages as delivered shortly before the package is physically delivered.

MY PACKAGE HAS NOT MOVED FOR SEVERAL DAYS
Tracking updates may occasionally pause while a shipment is:
- Moving between carrier facilities
- Waiting for the next carrier scan
- Passing through customs
- Being transferred to a local delivery provider
- Experiencing seasonal or weather-related delays
This does not necessarily mean that your package has been lost.
During the Christmas and holiday season, carrier networks may experience higher-than-normal shipping volumes.
If your shipment appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will review the available tracking information.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If your order contains several items, your products may occasionally be shipped separately.
You may therefore receive:
- Multiple packages
- Multiple tracking numbers
- Packages arriving on different days
If one item arrives before another, please check your shipping confirmation emails for additional tracking numbers.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Orders are generally processed within:
1–3 business days
After shipment, estimated transit time is typically:
7–15 business days
Most orders are therefore expected to arrive within approximately:
8–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, weather, seasonal shipping volume, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
